Caliber brand, encompassing Caliber Collision — the largest automotive collision repair brand across the nation — Caliber Auto Care and Caliber Auto Glass , has added several new members to its board of directors this year. In aligning with its purpose, Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® , the newest board members will ensure Caliber continues to be a leader in the automotive repair industry and in the communities it serves. Below, meet the newest board members of the Caliber family.

Alywin B. Lewis

Lewis began his career as an assistant manager at a local Jack in the Box and has since held executive positions with Kmart, Sears, and Yum! Lewis has also served on various boards with companies like Halliburton, Red Robin, and the Walt Disney Company. Most recently, he worked as former chairman, president, and CEO of Potbelly. In his new role with Caliber, Lewis will help to oversee the company's 1,300 service centers.

Linda K. Massman

Massman began her career at Bank of America before moving to investor relations for Ralphs Grocery and Accenture, Ltd. She joined Supervalu in 2002 as head of the corporate financial planning & analysis team – the team was part of the turnaround of the $44B company. In 2008, Massman joined Clearwater Paper Corporation as chief financial officer and was soon promoted to president and chief operating officer until her retirement in 2020. As part of Caliber’s board, Massman will help strengthen the company’s fiscal compliance and financials for its 1,300 service centers.

Roland Smith

Smith brings over 30 years of experience in consumer brands and multi-unit operations spanning the hospitality, entertainment, supermarket, and office product industries. He currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Jack's Family Restaurants and previously served as chairman of the board of 24-Hour Fitness, Office Depot, and Carmike Cinemas, and a board of directors of Dunkin' Brands and The Wendy's Company. As a member of Caliber’s board, Smith will provide strategic guidance to support Caliber’s operations, teammates, partners, and customers.
