It is a one-of-a-kind vehicle design.

The Beast has a custom-built medium-duty truck frame design. This heavily armored vehicle has security features that include 5-inch-thick glass, 8-inch-thick doors — which weigh as much as a commercial aircraft door — a titanium-ceramic body and a bomb-proof plate covering the underside.

It contains vehicle and personal security features.

The Beast is equipped with vehicle and presidential security features for any situation. These include run-flat tires, night vision gear, satellite phones and even nuclear codes. It can also fire gas canisters from the front bumpers.

The Beast also has its own oxygen supply, a stock of the president’s blood type, along with a defibrillator and other emergency gear.

It has its own plane.

The Beast accompanies the president wherever he needs. So, it is equipped with its own airplane, a C-17 Globemaster Cargo, which follows the president and his fleet to any and every destination.
